Hines is extremely quick and a receiver that you want on your team. He is tough, feisty, catches everything and is a route runner that can manipulate coverage and get open. Is at his best out of the slot where he can work against zone coverage in the short-to-intermediate ranges and settle into soft spots as wll as having the speed to burn you deep. He runs low and with good quickness; can stab his foot in the ground and cut with no wasted motion and create separation that makes him very tough to cover.
